This song is about a girl singing to her boyfriend who is concerned that he isn't good enough to be dating her. It is intended to have a more heartfelt feel. I personally feel like this song reminds me Taylor Swift since there are parts that are extremely similar to some parts in her song. There was also a part originally in the verse's that I accidentally stole from Kelly Clarkson's "Heartbeat Song" that I ended up having to change.

In the chorus, the lyrics were originally "rock-hard six-pack abs", but I changed it to "washboard six-pack-abs" cause I thought it sounded better. I'm also particularly proud of the lyrics in the pre-choruses because of how nicely I thought they flowed.

Overall though, I hopefully believe that this song is originally enough to call my own. This is also the first pop song I wrote that includes a key change.

I hope I get some washboard six-pack-abs one day.
